* Add preview metadata to buffered tail traces

* Add preview metadata to streaming tail onset events

* Keep Trace durableObjectId parameter position stable

* Add TracePreviewInfo to STW Onset type definitions

Adds preview field to the TailStream Onset event interface so TypeScript
users can access preview metadata (id, slug, name) in streaming tail workers.
