fix: remove import(), return typed status from get()

- Remove Artifacts.import() method entirely
- Add ArtifactsGetRepoResult type with repo handle and status field
- get() now returns { repo, status } where status is 'ready' | 'importing' | 'forking'
- Update all generated snapshots
