* Fix returning interface types from rpc methods

Fixes #2003

* Better rpc return type check

* remove Function check from Serializable object type

* use Serializable generic in the recursive uses of Serializable

+ format file with prettier

* Update tests

* Further fixes for the Serializable type

- Fixed Serializable to properly resolve structured composite types.
- Fixed missing generic types in Serializable usages.
- Fixed issue where interfaces were not being stubified.

* Extended rpc type tests to include Serializable types and interfaces.
