Remove SQLITE_BUSY error from list of critical errors that we handle errorCallback on.

This has been removed from the Sqlite documentation as one of the critical errors that causes autorollbacks - https://www.sqlite.org/lang_transaction.html#response_to_errors_within_a_transaction
