Allow setting ctx.props for ctx.exports.
With this change, the loopback entrypoint stubs in `ctx.exports` are now callable. Calling them lets you specify additional options, in particular the value of `props`, like so:
```
let stub = ctx.exports.MyEntrypoint({props: {foo: 123}})
await stub.someRpc()
```
