BodyBufferInputStream migration.. take 3

Ok, now that we've ironed out the issues with the deferred proxying
and BodyBufferInputStream interaction, we can finally do this change
right. Again, this is a step towards migrating to ReadableSource from
ReadableStreamSource as part of the overall streams impl improvements.
