More refinements to skills/commands

- Split some skills into multiple files to reduce
  context burden.
- Added a new "commit categories" skill to help with
  commit message consistency.
- Add a "markdown drafts" skill to help with writing
  copyable markdown content for docs and other purposes
- Handful of other refinements
