Align frontend with the limic.dev design system

Adopt the shared "Consistently Distinctive" visual layer while keeping wimp's
full-bleed editor, worker-centric architecture, and client-only nature.

- Theme: warm-zinc scale + lifted canvas (#221f21) and an accent-* palette in a
  distinctive chartreuse (~110°, replacing the blue that collided with anvil /
  git-on-cloudflare). Migrate all components off the old semantic tokens.
- Fonts: self-host Hanken Grotesk + JetBrains Mono via @fontsource-variable
  (font-weight 450); CDN fonts are blocked under COEP: require-corp.
- Shell: stroked lucide brand glyph with group-hover rotate (no tile), a Footer
  on the dropzone view linking to limic.dev + git.limic.dev, and a toast system
  wired to copy/save/export.
- Motion + a11y: standard keyframes, 75ms default transition, global
  focus-visible ring, prefers-reduced-motion, skip link, #main-content.
- Icons: route everything through lucide-react.
- Tooling: Prettier + ESLint (eslint-plugin-react-hooks recommended-latest),
  @ path alias, stricter tsconfig (verbatimModuleSyntax, etc.).
- Deploy: Cloudflare Workers static assets via wrangler.jsonc + public/_headers
  re-emitting COOP/COEP so threaded WASM keeps working in production.
