Add wasm-vips high-quality resampling and fix EXIF orientation

- Export worker now respects EXIF orientation via createImageBitmap
  { imageOrientation: 'from-image' } so phone photos match the cropper's <img>.
- Wire libvips (lanczos3) as the downscale resampler behind a guarded, lazily
loaded module. Init failures or browsers without cross-origin isolation fall
back to the canvas resampler automatically; the engine used is reported back.
