chord/kv_test: fix flaky concurrent_test

Previous commit to associate logs to their corresponding subtest has revealed
that the ring is still executing its stablization routine while we are validating,
thus causing some keys lookup to fail. Assertion also shows that no data is actually
lost in the ring, but merely temporarily unavailable due to eventual consistent
nature of DHT. Therefore, this commit introduces changes that:
1. if testing joining, wait until the ring is stablized globally before validating;
2. if testing leaving, wait until the ring is stablized globally before inserting.
