chord: add successorsMu to ensure successors is up-to-date

A spurious failure in CI reveals that it is possible the stablize task
may override the successors list _after_ FinishJoin is called, therefore
the node contains an out-of-date view of its immediate successors.
Adding a mutex surrounding successors ensure that FinishJoin gets a
priority in updating the successors list.
