ui/operator: show tunnel hostnames, types, and owners

Join connection snapshots to active sessions and expose their hostname, type,
and token owner. Lead client rows with the hostname, place type pills after it,
and reveal full identities without moving the disclosure control.

Keep metadata tied to the observed physical connection and support narrow
screens without clipping hostnames.
