cmd/server: configures to use aof KV

This commit changes the KVProvider for LocalNode to be using kv/aof, and
using advertise addresses' hashes as the identities so that KV keys are
actually meaningful in-between restarts.

Other changes in this commit:
README: update project status and include redis as inspiration
chord/kv: remove local keys when transfer to successor is successful,
	otherwise kv will contain stale data on startup
chord/membership: ensure that key transfer is successfuly when leaving
	and release locks when retrying
compose: add volumes to each server and makes other nodes depends on the
	seed node to guarantee ordering of graceful leave
