chord/kv: major bug fixes

spec/chord: move chord related errors to spec package;
chord/local: return error if the node is not running instead of relying rpc intercept;
chord/local: ensure that tasks routines are stopped last and retry key transfer until succeed;
chord/tasks: use hash function to calculate snapshot checksum instead of XOR for successor list;
chord/kv: rewrite ErrNodeGone to ErrKVStaleOwnership for remote KV;
chord/kv: return ErrNodeGone for LocalPuts for key transfers;
chord_test: correctly test for concurrent scenarios;
cmd/server: inject corresponding node id to respective components
