refactor(client): align share and workspace page-surface ownership

Split share-link resolution from page-surface mounting and derive shared page
presentation from a dedicated model seeded by the root share page. Extract
canonical workspace page context and page actions so share and workspace
surfaces follow the same loading, ancestor, and metadata update flow.
